My beautiful tote arrived 2 days after order, the material is thick and great quality, the stitching is solid and the branding is clear and looks good quality, love the packaging that came with the tote and the customer service was great, I think his name was Anthony who handled it. Happy all round and will be ordering more once the brand expands
